Speak to the Principal, then to the Board of Trustees. If you are not happy with the response from the school, contact your local office for support. |
Statutory Intervention complaintsComplaints can be about a statutory appointee working in a school. This may be a Specialist Adviser, Limited Statutory Manager or a Commissioner. | Raise your complaint directly with the statutory appointee first. If you not happy with the response from the appointee you should contact your local office . |
Complaints about other education organisations | |
Education organisations like New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) Education Review Office (ERO) and Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) | Send your complaint to the relevant organisation first. If you aren't happy with how they deal with your complaint, contact the Office of the Ombudsman to make a complaint |
