For mental health concerns, in the first instance, contact the student’s primary health organization ie, the student’s General Practitioner. The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) can be contacted through local DHBs. CAMHS is a community mental health and addiction service for children and adolescents between the ages of 0-19 years and their families.
