3. Experience Payment

Delete 5.2.5 Experience Payment with effect from the implementation date of stage one of the career structure (8 May 2013).

Implementation: Any principal in receipt of the Experience Payment at the date the collective is signed (8 March 2013) will translate to stage one of the proposed career allowance on the date of its implementation i.e. two months following the date the collective agreement is signed.
